In “Your Account” and on the “Step One: Sign In” page in Checkout, enter your e-mail address and click on the Forgot your password? link. Follow the directions in the pop-up box and you will be provided with the password hint entered at the time you created your password. If you’re still not sure what your password is, enter your email address in the box provided (if needed) and click on the Send Password button. We will email your password to you shortly.
